About Our Internship Mandate
The **Summer Internship Program (SIP)** is a core academic requirement conducted at the end of the second semester. It provides students with hands-on corporate experience, allowing them to solve concrete business problems, adapt to corporate work cultures, and build invaluable professional networks.
IMR collaborates with leading banking institutions, IT giants, digital agencies, and manufacturing groups to ensure structured student placement in highly qualitative projects.

IT & Data Science
Work on predictive data dashboard configurations, Python scripting audits, big data architectures, and real-time database schema management.
Banking & Fintech
Participate in equity valuation assessments, credit scoring analyses, operational banking audits, digital wallet testing, and fintech market reviews.
Digital Marketing
Coordinate SEO campaigns, set up paid marketing pipeline funnels, construct engaging copy, and evaluate brand analytics dashboards.
HR & Operations
Work with predictive recruitment funnel dashboards, analyze employee retention parameters, and manage warehouse logistics logs.
SIP Evaluation Rubrics

Students are required to upload weekly activity logs countersigned by their corporate manager. This ensures steady progress and structural project execution.
rate_review Mid-Term Reviews
A collaborative review panel evaluates the intermediate project outcomes at the end of Week 4. Corrections and tactical revisions are advised where required.
co_present Final Viva & Project Defense
Upon return to campus, students present a comprehensive project report to an academic board, defending their findings and answering conceptual implementation queries.
